5. Payment Service Provider – Stripe

We use the following payment service provider to process payments:

When payments are made via Stripe, payment information (such as credit card details and transaction data) is transmitted directly to Stripe.

Stripe may also transfer personal data to the United States. Stripe is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), thereby ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

Our company is established in Thailand.

Personal data may be transferred to Thailand as part of the performance of a contract (for example, in connection with orders, customer communications, and support services).

Thailand is considered a third country under the GDPR for which the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision. Accordingly, transfers are made on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses), where required.

This right does not currently apply to our services, as we do not use fully automated decision-making or profiling systems.
